LED KANTTI SQ033W CCT (white) is dimmable and moisture-proof (IP44), also from behind. As LED circuit we use high quality LED circuits with a colour rendering index (CRI) of 98 (full spectrum!) and the colours are reproduced as they should be. In the luminaire, the light comes beautifully from a single point. The luminaire is also available in brushed silver and black.
LED KANTTI SQ033W CCT is suitable for general lighting applications from private homes to public spaces. The luminous intensity of the LED KANTTI 033 is equivalent to at least 50W halogen, +600 Lumen. The luminaire has an extra lens for light equalisation, which, when dimmed, produces 750 lumens.
A 15W version is also available for offices and high spaces.
The luminaire has an adjustable light temperature of 2900-4000-5300K with a switch, so you can choose the right colour for your interior. Even change according to the seasons!
If you want to adjust the colour temperature of the light at any time without a ladder, you will need CCT controllers (e.g. for a max 100W group):
- VaLO RF: VaLO RF 100W transformer and VaLO RF CCT wireless push-button
- VaLO Zigbee: VaLO Zigbee 100W transformer and VaLO Zigbee CCT wireless button
- Wireless control: 100W 24V transformer and embeddable pushbutton in the box
Please note that for group control, the Valasim's own transformer will be omitted and replaced by a larger group transformer. As the power requirement decreases, the transformer will be increased by 25%, i.e. 6x9W CCT spots will need a minimum of 68W transformer. The transformer can always be much larger. All CCT adjustable 9W downlights operate at 350mA.
The luminaire is IP44, i.e. the luminaire is splash-proof, also towards the rear. The transformer of the luminaire is not splash-proof, but can withstand outdoor eaves.
LED KANTTI SQ033W is a flush mount luminaire in cast aluminium with the LED circuitry mounted directly on the body. The solution achieves maximum thermal conductivity and safe operating temperature (below 50 degrees Celsius). The low operating temperature and the high quality LED circuit guarantees a long lifetime of 50,000h and we grant a 7 year warranty on our manufactured luminaire!
The LED module of the luminaire is removable and replaceable.
Installation
The luminaire can be oriented from 0 to 27 degrees. The luminaire is very low, only 50-55mm high! The luminaire will therefore fit into a typical roof structure with only 48x48mm of insulation and 13mm plasterboard under the vapour barrier. We recommend installing a piece of board or plasterboard above the luminaire to prevent the insulation from sagging. The diameter of the mounting hole is 76-80mm.
Each luminaire is supplied with its own chained power supply which fits through the mounting hole into the mounting space. By moving the power supply away from the luminaire, we prevent the power supply from heating up the luminaire, and we can keep the size of the luminaire small. The power supplies are long-lived and this also allows us to avoid the typical problem with halogen lamps, where one power supply is subjected to a heavy load and gets hot, and breaks the luminaire. There is a quick connector between the luminaire and the power supply to facilitate installation. The light colour change is made by a switch on the power supply. The light must be switched off before changing colour, otherwise the luminaire will be damaged.
Dimming
The luminaire can be dimmed with a wireless dimmer or TRIAC dimmers, from the ENSIO side and they also work with home automation such as KNX. Suitable dimmers can also be ordered from us, "Led dimmers"

- VaLO Triac dimmer with remote control option
