How do I correctly size an LED transformer in my circuit?
To size the right LED transformer, you need to consider the type of LED (constant voltage or constant current), the input voltage range, the maximum current and the dimming capability of the transformer. For example, a 24V Led strip uses a 24V transformer. Calculate the power required by the Led strip and always add 10-15% margin.
